Fjord and spring

We once again have the pleasure of inviting you to a spring taste experience at Hotel Aak. Fresh ingredients sourced from our own garden and Romsdal forest, sea and mountains.

Aperitifs and small dishes are served in the fireplace living room before we sit down at the long table. The evening will consist of around 10 dishes. What is served is a secret until it is on the plate. A drinks package (wine and non-alcoholic) will also be presented, which has been composed to match the dishes.

Want to stay at Aak for a little longer than just an evening? Stay one or more nights. Then you'll have even more time for chatting and cuddling and even hiking! The valley is evergreen and the peaks are white. May is all seasons at once. We love it! We have guides who can take you on an adventure. Maybe climbing in the valley or summiting Trollstigen?
