A gourmet weekend for those who like adventures in food.
The weekend starts on Friday with a wine course by our friend Kenneth from Viva Vino (read more about Viva Vino and their exciting concept here: (https://vivavino.no) and a 4-course dinner in classic Aak style. The tasting journey continues on Saturday with a of our favorite traditions here at the hotel, namely Fjord and Spring.
For those who are not yet familiar with the concept, this is a taste experience beyond the ordinary. The common thread is short-travel flavors from Fjord and spring in Romsdalen. The menu is built around ingredients from the local area, in addition to what the chefs have grown in the Aak garden or gathered in nature around the valley.
Combine the weekend with a guided trip to some of the beautiful mountains in the vicinity for a complete Aak experience that you won't soon forget. *(it is also possible to register for one or both of the evenings without staying at the hotel)
