Guide

Recommended! Our guides know the mountains. They are always looking for the best and safest snow, depending on the conditions. The guide plans the trip based on groups' skill level and wishes. Maximum six people per guide. Please book three days. This is with the weather in mind, but also so that the guide and the group get to know each other and can set up trips accordingly.

Courses for families

Take the whole family on a top trip! We give an introduction to how it works with top tour and kids. We show tips and tricks on how to make super nice trips with the older children. My. age limit 11 years. (If you have children who are younger, we can make other arrangements).

Babysitter

Do you have small children who are too young to go on a peak trip? Do you want to go to the summit yourself? Then we can be babysitters. Enjoy yourself on the mountain, while we enjoy ourselves with the kidz. Price tailored.

‍ ‍ Equipment rental

We have rental ski and avalanche packages. Pre-order early to make sure we have equipment that suits you.
Ski package: Top touring skis with dynafit binding and traps, ski boots and poles. NOK 700 per day
Avalanche package: Transmitter/receiver, shovel and search rod. • NOK 250 per day.

Transportation

Hotel Aak is located in Åndalsnes, midway between Ålesund, Molde and Dombås. Take the train from Oslo or Trondheim to Hotel Aak, or bus from Ålesund and Molde. We recommend the greenest way to travel: train. We organize transport that takes you around the mountains.
